We are seeking a professional with vision, negotiation skills, and strong leadership to manage our critical supply chain and ensure product availability in the market. What Are We Looking for in You? Education and Required Experience: * **Education:** Technologist, Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, or related fields. * **Essential Experience:** Minimum of **2 to 3 years** in coordination or leadership roles related to **Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing**, preferably in the mass consumer or distribution sector with high inventory turnover. * **Expert Knowledge:** * Comprehensive understanding of the **Supply Chain**, from demand planning to warehouse delivery. * Proficiency in ERP systems (Siesa) for inventory and cost management. * Excellent **leadership, planning, and organizational skills**. Leadership Skills (Added Value): * Proven ability to **lead and develop a work team**. * Outstanding **interpersonal and negotiation skills** with key suppliers. * Strategic thinking focused on **cost reduction** and **inventory optimization**. II. Your Key Challenges (Main Responsibilities) Inventory control, reporting directly to Management: Strategic Management and Leadership: * **Lead and supervise** the purchasing and warehouse team, ensuring an organized and high-performance work environment. * Define and execute the **national purchasing strategy** for products, spare parts, and mass consumer packaging. * Manage the **end-to-end import process** for packaging and mass consumer products, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and optimized logistics timelines and costs. * Manage the study, **strategic selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation of key suppliers**, aiming for long-term partnerships. Operational Planning and Execution: * **Plan supply** according to demand and stock levels across various sales agencies. * Prepare and rigorously monitor **Purchase Orders (PO)**, ensuring agreed delivery dates are met. * **Conduct monthly physical inventory control** at the Cali agency, proposing improvements in turnover and minimizing obsolescence. * Administer and control the use of systems (SIESA) for code creation, **cost updates, and order traceability**. * Ensure compliance and archiving of all required documentation for **contracting service providers** and infrastructure maintenance.
