




Job Summary: This role supports the Datalab area by generating and maintaining business analytics, collecting, analyzing, and organizing data to enable reliable decision-making. Basic UX/UI design and site management Role Objective: Generate and maintain company analytics by supporting the Datalab area in data collection, analysis, and organization. This role contributes to ensuring the company has reliable statistics that promote data-driven decision-making as accurate as possible. Main Responsibilities: 1. Content Writing and Creation: Research and write content (e.g., posts or pages) for primary and satellite sites, applying conversion-oriented copywriting techniques. 2. Basic UX/UI Design: Create and edit landing pages and websites using available visual tools—such as WordPress with the Gutenberg editor, Elementor, or others—based on usability and accessibility principles, ensuring an intuitive experience across all devices. In some cases, landing page creation must ensure optimization aligned with current Marketing campaigns and requirements. 3. Management of Entre Trámites’ satellite sites and their corresponding social media accounts. 4. Incident and Request Management: Identify and manage website issues or requests reported via Helpdesk. 5. Content Audits: Conduct periodic reviews of existing content to ensure its relevance, validity, and optimization. 6. Occasional programming in various programming languages, supported by AI. 7. User Research: Conduct surveys and analyze relevant metrics to understand user needs and propose continuous improvements. 8. SEO Strategy and Optimization: Implement SEO techniques (on-page and off-page) to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. This includes applying on-page SEO best practices during content creation—such as proper keyword usage, meta tags, internal and external links. 9. Collaborate with developers to implement custom code on pages and with the Marketing team to align content strategies with campaigns. 10. Continuously monitor site performance using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track traffic, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the effectiveness of implemented strategies. 11. Monitor and resolve technical issues reported by SEO tools. 12.
