Job Summary: We are seeking a Basic Waste Management Operator with high physical stamina and commitment to perform loading, unloading, operate machinery, and maintain storage areas. Accurate recording of material inflow and outflow for inventory control We are looking for a Basic Waste Management Operator. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: Primary Education Experience: 3 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute processes of loading, unloading, and collection of recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflow and outflow for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation service; having personal transportation is mandatory.
