Contributes to the proper functioning of operations A leading company in the metal-mechanical industry, with a consolidated presence in the domestic market, is seeking NEW TALENT as a General Services Assistant, responsible for supporting cleaning, sanitation, and basic facility maintenance activities at the plant, ensuring optimal conditions of order, hygiene, and safety in operational and production areas. This role will be critical in ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of production machinery, contributing to the proper functioning of operations. Requirements Education Academic high school diploma. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in general services, industrial cleaning, cleaning of production plants, warehouses, or manufacturing environments. Key Knowledge Industrial cleaning and disinfection. Proper handling of cleaning supplies and materials. Basic cleaning and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. Industrial safety and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Order and cleanliness in production areas. Skills Attention to detail. Organization and responsibility. Teamwork. Main Responsibilities Perform external cleaning of production machinery and equipment, ensuring suitable conditions for operation. Maintain production lines and operational areas clean and organized. Monitor and report consumption of cleaning supplies. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene protocols. Report incidents or needs for basic facility maintenance. Support other operational activities assigned by the supervisor. Working Conditions Salary: $1.750.905 + social benefits + overtime and corresponding surcharges. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based. Benefit: On-site cafeteria. Work Schedule Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Availability to work one or two Sundays per month as scheduled.
