Responsible for supplier evaluation and purchase order management. We are seeking a Procurement Assistant for Hernando Orozco y Cia SAS. We are looking for a professional skilled in economic analysis, cost and quotation management, and experienced with the ERP SAP system. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage and analyze financial data, optimize procurement processes, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure purchases are conducted effectively and within budget. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely product receipt. Additionally, you must maintain accurate records of all transactions and regularly report to the management team. Prior procurement experience and ERP system proficiency—especially SAP—are required.
