Job Summary: We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to implement techniques and eliminate failures in machinery and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead improvement initiatives to eliminate chronic failures. 2. Design and optimize maintenance strategies for productive assets. 3. Ensure reliability and availability of critical support equipment. At HMCL Colombia, we seek a Reliability Engineer responsible for implementing and systematizing reliability engineering techniques to eliminate failures in machinery and infrastructure, ensuring their operational efficiency for the smooth flow of production processes. Must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in reliability-based maintenance in industrial plants. Knowledge of electromechanical equipment maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics required. English level B1 preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Identify the most common failure modes in our machinery and propose improvement projects. - Design and optimize maintenance strategies for productive assets to ensure maximum availability and performance, reducing repetitive failures and improving plant OEE. - Ensure reliability and availability of critical support equipment and industrial infrastructure to sustain operational continuity, minimizing risks of service interruptions. - Lead improvement initiatives focused on eliminating chronic failures to increase systemic process reliability, positively impacting costs, safety, and quality. - Conduct, analyze, and develop action plans resulting from root cause analysis of repetitive failures in equipment and infrastructure, or first-time failures in equipment classified as High Criticality. · Assembly plant in Villa Rica.
