




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise project development across all phases—from design to evaluation—ensuring objective achievement. Key Highlights: 1. POSITION: Project and Implementation Supervisor LOCATION: PLC \- CARRERA 106 \# 15\-25 INTERIOR 116 MANZANA 18 Primary Objective: Coordinate and supervise project development across all phases: Design and Formulation, Execution and Monitoring, Closure and Evaluation—effectively achieving the objectives defined for each project. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare commercial proposal documents for clients regarding storage and/or distribution projects. * Obtain supporting documentation for bid submissions and commercial proposals. * Support IWS operational costing processes. * Responsible for documenting and responding to RFPs. * Support IWS Engineering Management in implementing storage and distribution projects. * Support IWS Engineering Management and Commercial Executive in preparing client presentations using Office tools (PowerPoint). * Request quotations for implementation projects and for operational design according to client requirements. * Support the Engineering and Quality Manager in defining the engineering and quality strategy to support comprehensive IWS management, considering the latest available advances and technologies in the logistics market. * Lead implementation projects for new accounts. * Design the technical solution for new implementations and validate it with operations. * Develop and monitor project plans for new implementations (in collaboration with the client) or other departmental projects; monitor adherence to scheduled deadlines and timelines. * Prepare and present all project documentation (progress reports, outcome reports, etc.). * Ensure and control transfers. * Coordinate procurement of new equipment and/or materials (as required for a project). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Academic Background: University degree in Industrial Engineering. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages; intermediate Excel skills. Basic English language proficiency; intermediate English proficiency preferred; advanced proficiency in computer software packages (Office). Note: In cases where the required degree is not held, it may be validated through relevant experience gained internally and/or externally.
