




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead quality assurance on-site, supervise compliance with technical specifications, and train personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead quality assurance directly at the construction site. 2. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications. 3. Train operational staff on quality standards and best practices. Quality Analyst \- Prefabricated Components and Concrete **Location:** PALMIRA, VALLE DEL CAUCA (Must reside near Rozo Road) **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract for 10 months **Suggested Salary Range:** Between **$2\.800\.000** (based on experience and qualifications as an auditor). Professional Profile We seek a Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field professional capable of leading quality assurance directly at the construction site. Knowledge: * **Concrete and Prefabricated Components:** Material testing (slump test, compressive strength), curing control, and casting processes on-site or at plant. * **ISO 9001:2015 Standards:** Application of the standard in construction environments to improve processes and customer satisfaction. * **Laboratory Testing:** Interpretation of technical test results and management of performance indicators (KPIs). * **Risk Control:** Identification of non-conformities in the field and development of corrective action plans. Requirements and Certifications (Mandatory) * **ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification:** Valid credential issued by recognized bodies to lead internal audits. * **Field Experience:** Minimum **2 years** supervising quality on construction projects or prefabricated component plants. * **Auditing Skills:** Ability to review documentation, processes, and practices to ensure continuous improvement. * **Tool Proficiency:** Intermediate/advanced Excel for statistical process analysis. Main Responsibilities * Conduct quality inspections during construction execution and for received materials * Ensure compliance with technical specifications for prefabricated components. * Train operational staff on quality standards and best practices for concrete handling. Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturdays (3 hours). Must reside in Palmira or nearby areas. Workplace: On-site employment
