




**Requirements:** Certified experience of (1 to 2\) years carrying out file organization activities and handling Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, and similar). **Desirable:** Technical studies in Document Management **Functions:** Sort, classify, and archive documents according to (chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order), following technical procedures, client guidelines and criteria, and current regulations issued by the National Archives Directorate (AGN). * Verify document transfers. * Handle document digitization and related tools. * Support the preparation of deliverables (reports) regarding processes. * Provide technical support for the document transfer process. * Update records and databases. * Attend to clients in accordance with service procedures and regulations. * Clarify clients’ doubts regarding concerns about documentation processing and consultation.
