Opportunity for comprehensive equipment diagnosis and maintenance A prominent technology services company specializing in technical support is seeking an On-Site Support Technician with the following requirements: * Graduated Technician or Technologist in Systems, Electronics, Networks, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience in technical support services, preferably for computing equipment and peripherals. *Knowledge of peripherals such as scanners, scales, price verifiers, and POS systems; proficiency in basic Linux commands; installation of Windows and Linux operating systems; configuration and management of PDAs; domain-based equipment installation; calibration of Zebra, Magellan, Mettler Toledo, and 3nstar devices; preventive, predictive, and corrective diagnosis and maintenance of computing equipment; printer repair and maintenance; knowledge of operating systems and backup procedures; preparation of computing equipment; configuration and installation of new applications; knowledge of migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10; and preparation of required management reports for each client. POS SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. Conditions: Work Location: TOCANCIPÁ and neighboring municipalities (willingness to travel). 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), plus availability on Saturdays (without exceeding 44 weekly hours).
