




Senior Technical Commercial Consultant **About the Position** Develop the Personal Care market in Cali, the Coffee Axis, and Medellín.**Key Responsibilities** Prepare quotations for medium-sized accounts (USD 50K/month); knowledge of CRM systems for proposal preparation – review and QA/QC of documentation. Manage contracts for medium-sized accounts (USD 50K/month); knowledge of contracts and/or purchase orders for assigned accounts. Maximize product portfolio penetration for medium-sized accounts (USD 50K/month); quantify material volumes in assigned accounts. Identify/Investigate customer needs; identify product and service opportunities within assigned accounts. Develop existing products in assigned accounts; review existing supplies in cluster operations to be included in assigned accounts. Support collections management for the assigned account; collaborate with Finance and Customer Service teams on collections management. Document business opportunities in the CRM system; upload required CRM–Salesforce information regarding contacts and consumption to size the business. Ensure conversion of opportunities into work assignments; collaborate with teams to convert identified opportunities into purchase orders. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Personal Care industry, managing portfolios of chemical raw materials, both Essentials and Specialties.
