Main Responsibilities * Assist in food production and preparation (*Mise en place*), strictly following established recipes and portioning guidelines. * Ensure continuous cleaning, disinfection, and organization of the production area, equipment, and utensils. * Support the team in carrying out assigned tasks during mass production days and preparation activities. * Maintain a safe working environment by applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. Profile Requirements * **Minimum education:** Completed academic high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of verifiable kitchen experience (ideally in production centers, cafeterias, or high-volume kitchens). * **Technical skills:** Proficiency in basic cutting techniques and safe food handling. * **Competencies:** Strong teamwork ability, agility, and adaptability to dynamic work environments. Working Conditions * **Work schedule type:** Part-time (**Days-based work**, according to scheduling). * **Availability:** Flexibility to work on scheduled days, which may include weekends or holidays depending on the Processing Center’s needs. * **Work location:** Tunja.
