Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with high physical stamina for loading, unloading, and handling recyclable materials in rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehousing, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone, as the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure waste brand protection. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; having personal transportation is mandatory.
