Job Summary: We are seeking organized and committed Logistics Operations Assistants to support receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching of goods at an automotive parts company. A reputable company with over 50 years of experience in importing and distributing automotive, motorcycle, and commercial/passenger vehicle parts is seeking Logistics Operations Assistants to support receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching of goods. We seek organized, committed, and detail-oriented individuals capable of teamwork and ensuring smooth warehouse operational flow. Main Responsibilities: - Receive and verify incoming goods to the warehouse. - Store and organize products in assigned locations. - Prepare, assemble, and dispatch orders according to operational requirements. - Perform loading and unloading of goods. - Monitor inventory inflows and outflows. - Inspect the condition and quality of stored products. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the warehouse. - Complete required operational forms and records. - Comply with internal procedures and industrial safety regulations. Salary: COP $1,900,000 + statutory social benefits. Monthly bonus between COP $100,000 and COP $200,000 based on goal achievement. Work Schedule: - Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Occasional Saturdays, as operationally required. On-site work mode.
