Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the flow of finished products from production to final delivery to the customer, ensuring efficiency and accurate documentation. Key Highlights: 1. The COMFANDI Employment Management and Placement Agency, in partnership with a leading industrial-sector company, is seeking a Dispatch Analyst with strong organizational and leadership skills for its operations in Yumbo. Position Purpose You will be fully responsible for coordinating the flow of finished products—from their entry into the warehouse after the production process until final delivery to the customer—ensuring transportation efficiency and documentation accuracy. Responsibilities and Functions Coordinate the entry of products leaving production into the warehouse. Supervise staff in tasks including weighing, registration, packaging, marking, and labeling. Optimize product placement within the warehouse to facilitate operational flow. Maintain standards of organization and cleanliness at the distribution center. Develop the weekly route plan to ensure timely delivery to customers. Oversee all matters related to transportation and the status of assigned fleet/vehicles. Supervise daily dispatch picking and packing. Ensure every shipment includes required legal and commercial supporting documents. Collect and report management indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental efficiency. Profile Requirements Academic Qualification: Technical degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, Industrial or Operational Processes. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing-sector companies. Competencies: Ability to lead personnel, time management skills, and attention to detail. Vacancy Conditions Salary: Between $1,800,000 and $2,000,000 (based on experience). Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Location: Yumbo, Valle del Cauca. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Availability: Availability for overtime, Sundays, and holidays is required when operational needs demand it.
