




Kitchen Assistant An important restaurant requires a committed, responsible person with excellent personal presentation to join its team as a Kitchen Assistant. Main responsibilities: - Prepare and organize ingredients (mise en place). - Assist in the basic preparation of food according to instructions from the chef or lead cook. - Maintain a clean, organized work area, following hygiene and food handling protocols. - Carry out cleaning and disinfection tasks for utensils, equipment, and kitchen facilities. - Participate effectively in culinary processes and support during peak production periods. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. - Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. - Positive attitude, willingness to work as part of a team, and excellent personal presentation. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week.
