Are you interested in learning about intelligent monitoring and service simulation? Do you have analytical skills and basic knowledge of Python? If so, this role is for you. As a Development and Automation Apprentice, you will join the technical team to support the creation of Python\-based solutions focused on automation, monitoring, and incident analysis. Through mentorship and participation in real projects, you will strengthen your technical skills and gain hands\-on professional experience.**What You Will Do** -------------------- * Support the development of automation scripts and solutions using Python. * Contribute to the creation of synthetic transactions to simulate service operations. * Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical incidents in Windows and Linux environments. **What we need to see from you** * Technical, technologist, or undergraduate student in Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields with approval to start their internship/practical training. * Basic knowledge of Python and operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux. * Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
