If you are a systems, electronics, or related-field technician or technologist with at least one year of experience providing maintenance and repairing printing equipment, we are looking for you! What will you do? Install, diagnose, configure, train users, and perform maintenance on computing equipment following service protocols. Submit parts requests in ServiceMax, continuously optimizing costs to achieve expected profitability through replacement of necessary parts and consumables. Record customer incidents and service requests. Track corrective and preventive maintenance requests. Report time and activities online in ServiceMax and ADP as applicable. Travel to incident locations to resolve them. What we are looking for: Graduated technologist, student from the seventh semester onward, or professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. One year or more of experience in repairing, remanufacturing, and replacing components in printing equipment. (Mandatory). Computer knowledge (desirable). Advanced printer repair knowledge.
