Position Summary: We are seeking a SENIOR TECHNICAL LEADER to lead the solution, define data architectures, validate technical designs, and elevate the team's technical level. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a SENIOR TECHNICAL LEADER to join our xpertlovers family. · Job Responsibilities: Technical leadership for the solution Define data and analytics architecture (SQL, BI, ETL/ELT, analytical layers). Validate the technical design of each initiative prior to development. Ensure alignment with client standards (GMA – Data Governance). Make decisions regarding: Data modeling, Integrations, Tools (Power BI, Databricks, SQL, etc.) · Primary Technology: Provide technical support to: BI / SQL Developers Functional Analysts Resolve complex technical blockers Elevate the team's technical level (Dreyfus model) Tools (Power BI, Databricks, SQL, etc.) · Secondary Technology: SAP and Microsoft Azure · Skills: Explain complex technical topics in business language Translate ambiguous requirements into clear solutions Align stakeholders: business, data, IT · Requirements: Profession: Systems Engineer Years of Experience: 5 years · Hiring Details: Salary: To be agreed upon Work Modality: Remote Autonomous Work Contract Type: Fixed-term for 8 months at 20% · By submitting your application for this vacancy, you authorize XpertGroup to collect, store, and process your personal data for selection and hiring purposes.
