This is your opportunity to grow in a leading company in the automotive industry with over 50 years of experience! **About the company:** A prominent automotive sector company dedicated to manufacturing auto parts, motorcycle seats, and complementary products, recognized for its innovation, quality, and sustainability. **Job challenge:** Support the management of costs, inventories, and master data within the company, ensuring analysis and control of deviations from the budget, accurate monthly cost closing, and information administration in SAP. **Responsibilities:** \- Validate cost and expense variances against the budget. \- Support the monthly production cost closing process. \- Perform periodic and cyclical inventory adjustments. \- Actively participate in physical inventory counts. \- Manage and update master data in the ERP system. \- Configure and set parameters for ERP modules related to master data. \- Participate in system integration and migration projects. **Requirements:** \- Technician or Professional in Cost Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production costs, inventory management, or similar roles. \- Knowledge of SAP R3 (MM, PP, PM, CO, SD, and FI modules). \- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities to interpret large volumes of data. **Location:** Guarne, Antioquia. **Schedule:** Full-time Monday to Friday – Hybrid work model Type of position: Full-time
