The ideal candidate demonstrates strong core competencies in defining, adopting, and governing quality models; assessing maturity; and managing testing. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the guidelines that ensure consistency and evolution of quality practices, guaranteeing direct impact on the success of large-scale projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Safeguard and evolve the quality model applicable to each assigned project. * Define and measure organizational indicators for maturity and adoption of quality practices. * Drive cross-functional continuous improvement of the quality process by applying data-driven improvement techniques. * Lead quality onboarding for new projects, ensuring the team understands and adopts the model, tools, and guidelines. * Support active projects in progressively adopting the model and define sustainable plans to close adoption gaps. * Ensure consistency of quality practices across all projects under your scope to deliver a homogeneous service. * Facilitate removal of adoption impediments by coordinating solutions with organizational and client stakeholders. * Promote collective ownership of quality as a cross-cutting, integrated principle within the development process. ### **Requirements** * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Mandatory certification: ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL). * Preferred: ISTQB CTAL\-TM (Test Manager) or agile methodologies. * Demonstrable experience in test management (planning, estimation, risk analysis, defect management), equivalent to a junior Test Manager. Proven track record in defining or adopting quality models, diagnosing maturity, and closing adoption gaps across multiple teams.
