




Job Summary: The Contract Supervisor manages and oversees the execution of service contracts in mining and construction, leading teams and ensuring contractual, operational, and safety compliance. Ensures compliance with maintenance and safety programs. **Purpose of the Role:** * As a Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of service contracts within Mining and Construction units, ensuring compliance with maintenance programs, factory standards, operational objectives, safety, and contractual commitments to the client. * This role leads the technical team assigned to the contract, coordinates with the client and internal departments, and guarantees accurate reporting, billing, and resource administration, contributing to operational continuity and contract profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise equipment maintenance programs in accordance with factory standards. * Weekly scheduling of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance services for equipment under contract. * Supervise the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Administer the technical personnel assigned to the contract, including work scheduling and distribution, vacations, days off, and training. * Administer contract assets, such as vehicles, tools, instruments, computers, radios, and other assigned equipment. * Coordinate with the client all work related to equipment under their responsibility. * Coordinate with headquarters for specialized technical support and required logistical assistance. * Prepare, monitor, and analyze daily equipment performance reports. * Prepare technical reports on equipment failures, accidents, and operating conditions. * Prepare and manage monthly letters, safety reports, and contract reports. * Manage the generation of spare parts requests for maintenance services. * Present, justify, and obtain client approval for the monthly settlement of the contracted service. * Operate vehicles and supervise operational tests following repairs and initial equipment deliveries to the client. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. * Specialization or proven experience with heavy equipment. * Minimum ten (10) years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, contract management, administration, and logistics, including leadership of technical personnel. * Experience supervising maintenance services in mining or construction environments. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Power BI. * Strong leadership, client management, and pressure-handling skills. * Intermediate level of English. * Valid driver's license, Category B1, compliant with corporate standards. * Knowledge of and adherence to safe work procedures, use of PPE, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Basic knowledge of environmental matters, waste management, and emergency plans (first aid, evacuation, fire control). * Willingness to reside at the mining unit or in a location near the contract site.
