Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial electromechanical intern to assist with preventive maintenance, disassembly, assembly, and repair of equipment, as well as preparing technical reports and process improvements. Active contribution to improving maintenance processes **Join our team** At Epiroc, we are committed to professional development and promoting diversity in the mining and technology industries. **What will be my responsibilities?** * Assist technicians in executing preventive maintenance of equipment. * Assist technicians in disassembling, assembling, washing, preparing, and repairing components of Jumbo, Scoop, and other equipment. * Assist technicians in preparing spare parts lists and technical reports. * Actively participate in maintaining order and cleanliness across various workshop areas. * Perform various tasks assigned by the area supervisor. * Participate in developing improvements to maintenance activities’ processes or procedures. * Perform various tasks assigned by the area supervisor. * Participate in Epiroc equipment theoretical-practical training programs (Training Department). * Comply with environmental protection regulations and applicable legal requirements. * Comply with Epiroc standards and procedures. **The ideal candidate for this position:** * Be authorized by the educational institution to begin the internship phase. * Be enrolled in one of the following programs: + Industrial Electromechanical Maintenance + Industrial Mechatronics + Industrial Mechanical Maintenance + Industrial Electricity + Industrial Automation * Be available to carry out in-person internships in Girardota, Antioquia, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
