What will be your mission? Perform vehicle loading and unloading, inventory control and tracking, cylinder packaging, maintenance, and cleaning, as well as plant cleaning and beautification tasks—ensuring compliance with the company's established operational, safety, and quality procedures. Requirements: * High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an operator, plant assistant, logistics assistant, warehouse assistant, or related positions. * Experience in loading and unloading goods, inventory management, warehousing, or production. * Basic knowledge of office tools, especially Excel. * Own transportation is desirable to facilitate commuting. Main Responsibilities: * Loading and unloading of vehicles. * Cylinder packaging, washing, maintenance, and painting. * Inventory control and registration in the system. * Cylinder traceability and tracking of warehouse movements. * Support in plant cleaning, maintenance, and beautification tasks. * Maintenance of green areas and common spaces. Working Conditions: * Salary: COP 1,775,000 + transportation allowance. * Mobility allowance: COP 180,000. * Performance bonus of up to COP 70,000. * Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday: * 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. * Saturdays until 12:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m., depending on scheduling. * Work location: Vidagas Guarne Plant, Medellín–Bogotá Highway Km 34, Toldas Rural District.
