




Job Summary: We are seeking physically fit operational staff for loading, unloading, and handling recyclable materials, operating machinery, and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. We seek operationally oriented personnel with strong physical fitness, commitment, and capacity to work in production and material-handling environments. Requirements to Apply: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); possession of a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation services. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal Transportation Allowance + Statutory Overtime + Statutory Benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is mandatory.
