A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 1 year of experience in food processing plants; knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); operational tasks requiring high physical demand (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; no company-provided transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute material loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure brand protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; having personal transportation is essential.
