Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and following up with current and potential customers, preparing and sending quotations, tracking commercial proposals, and supporting deal closure. Coordinates with the operations department to ensure proper service execution, maintains an updated database and commercial tracking system, and provides timely responses to internal and external customer requests, contributing to the achievement of commercial goals. Requirements: Academic Background: Technologist or graduate in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel. Intermediate English level (B1–B2), with written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of CW system (desirable). Skills: Customer- and service-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal and commercial relationship skills. Organization and attention to detail.
