Key Responsibilities: 1. Support loading, unloading, and dispatching of materials 2. Perform dispatch control and tracking, including visual records 3. Support and substitute the Logistics Coordinator in personnel supervision A reputable company requires a Logistics Assistant for its team to perform the following duties: Support the company's logistics operations, ensuring proper handling, control, and dispatch of materials, as well as compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and delivery timelines. 1. Loading, unloading, and dispatching: Support loading and unloading of wooden sheets from trucks, ensuring proper material handling. Supervise product delivery at sales points: Verifying quantities Inspecting material condition 2. Dispatch control and tracking: Record videos and visual documentation of dispatched goods as evidence for the delivery process. Report incidents occurring during: Loading Dispatch Delivery (shortages, overages, or damages) 3. Operational support and supervision: Support the Logistics Coordinator in supervising operational staff: Logistics Assistants Drivers Supervise logistics assistants operating forklifts during deliveries at sales points. Substitute the Logistics Coordinator during their absence, ensuring uninterrupted operations. 4. Basic administrative control: Operate basic computer systems for: Inventory control Dispatch recording Report preparation Verify that drivers: Keep documentation up-to-date (licenses, permits, vehicle papers) Adhere to assigned schedules and duties 5. Order, safety, and compliance: Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas.
