Production/Packaging Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking supportive, collaborative production and packaging staff to assist in plant operations, machine maintenance, and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Support in production and packaging processes 2. Handling of quality regulations and measuring instruments 3. Collaborative attitude for emergent activities Currently, we are looking for Production/Packaging Assistant Staff. Responsibilities: Provide support across various production plant processes to meet established projections Ideal knowledge of quality regulations, measuring instruments, internal product knowledge, and basic interaction with systems Minimum six months of experience supporting operational tasks in production companies. Responsibilities: Clean production machines Timely reporting of incidents Implement product inspection plans Maintain a highly collaborative attitude, demonstrating willingness to perform any other emergent activity as directed by the area supervisor. Academic Qualification: Completed High School Diploma Experience: Preferably 6 months related to packaging Salary: $1,750,905 + Transportation Allowance + Statutory Benefits + Overtime Pay. (If you reside in Medellín or Bello, transportation route is provided) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with three rotating shifts.
