Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery performance A reputable company in the logistics and warehousing sector is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen its team in Girardota. The ideal candidate possesses leadership abilities, results orientation, and experience in logistics processes and operational staff management. Main responsibilities: 1. Ensure inventory accuracy through stock counts and audits. 2. Optimize logistics operations in receiving, picking, and dispatch processes. 3. Lead and supervise operational staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 4. Monitor on-time delivery performance and operational efficiency in the warehouse. Salary: 1 to 2 minimum monthly legal wages (SMMLV). Overtime pay, night shift premiums, social benefits, and company transportation from Niquía station. Required Education: Technician or university degree in logistics or related fields. Required Experience: 12 months of experience supervising logistics operations and managing operational staff. Contract Type: Project-based contract. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts. Sunday to Sunday: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM.
