Job Summary: Ara Stores is seeking a Junior Store Supervisor to lead teams, manage daily operations, and ensure administrative control of products and cash. Key Highlights: 1. Ara Stores, a distributor of food products and manufacturer of perishable consumer goods, requires personnel for its team to fill the position of Junior Store Supervisor, with the following requirements: · If your education level is primary school, 18 months of experience in supervision or personnel management. If your education level is high school, 12 months of experience in supervision or personnel management. If your education level is technical, 6 months of experience in supervision or personnel management. · Responsibilities: - Lead the work team during assigned shifts, ensuring task completion and staff motivation. - Manage daily store operations, including customer service and operational handling. - Responsible for store openings and closings, including cash register preparation and closing procedures. - Place merchandise orders to ensure necessary stock levels and inventory optimization. - Prepare staff work schedules, adjusting them according to operational needs. - Monitor inventories to guarantee product availability and proper resource administration. - Administer and control daily revenue, ensuring accurate and secure handling of sales funds. · Work composition: 80% operational, 20% administrative. · Skills: - Personnel management - Customer service - Ability to work under pressure - Teamwork. · Salary: $1,909,000 (paid monthly) + food allowance $175,000 + monthly performance bonus + transportation allowance + cost-of-living adjustment bonus. Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts, Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Contract type: Initially fixed-term; becomes indefinite after one year.
