Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to build scalable solutions that drive business success, working alongside the Engineering Director. Key Highlights: 1. Continuously develop technical skills in system design. **BILINGUAL ENGLISH — MANDATORY REQUIREMENT \- B2–C1 conversational level, both oral and written.** **Job Description** We are looking for a talented Software Engineer passionate about building scalable solutions that drive business success. You will be a key contributor, working directly with the Director of Application Engineering to design and develop solutions with immediate and measurable impact across the entire organization, enabling teams from our four companies to efficiently access and manage their information. **Role Objectives** * Deliver high-quality features and components for our enterprise platform to serve stakeholders. * Contribute to building scalable and maintainable solutions using modern architectural patterns and best practices. * Collaborate with the Product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Continuously develop technical skills in system design, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture. * Balance technical excellence with business timelines to generate measurable impact. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain features for our enterprise platform using C\#, React, and Azure services. * Write clean and maintainable code following established architectural patterns. * Develop RESTful APIs and modern web interfaces. * Write unit and integration tests for new features. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase. * Collaborate with the Director of Application Engineering on technical design decisions. * Gradually assume greater responsibility for features and components. **Mandatory Requirements** * University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. * More than 3 years of professional software development experience. * Strong foundation in C\# and .NET (or similar object-oriented language). * Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API Gateways. * Experience writing optimized SQL queries and reading execution plans. * Experience in component-based front-end development. * Proficiency with version control. * Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Autonomy, proactivity, and commitment to continuous learning. * Attention to detail. **Desirable Requirements** * React * Git for version control * Azure Container Apps, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure API Management, Azure DevOps * Jira or similar project tracking software * Clean Architecture or similar patterns Application Question(s): * Expected salary * Current conversational English level, both oral and written.
