Job Summary: Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring organization and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. 2. Maintains order and organization in the warehouse area. 3. Performs inventory control and records movements. 1. MERCHANDISE RECEIPT PROCESS • Receive and verify incoming orders by comparing quantities, references, and physical condition against the purchase order and supplier’s delivery note. • Inspect packaging and received units’ condition, reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the immediate supervisor. • Enter receipt information into the inventory management system (ERP) promptly and accurately. • Sign and manage supporting documentation (delivery notes, invoices, transport waybills), ensuring physical and/or digital archiving. 2. STORAGE PROCESS • Place received goods in assigned warehouse locations, respecting categorization-based layout. • Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse area, including aisles, shelving, and transit zones. • Conduct periodic cycle counts and actively participate in scheduled full inventories. • Identify and segregate non-conforming or damaged products. 3. DISPATCH PROCESS • Identify and label orders prepared and packed for dispatch according to outbound orders or internal requests, verifying customers, quantities, and destinations. • Ensure each dispatch includes complete documentation: delivery note, transport waybill, packing list, or any other required document. • Record goods outbound transactions in the inventory system, ensuring real-time stock deduction without data entry errors. • Coordinate with carriers for dispatch and vehicle loading, verifying correct, complete, and orderly delivery of each order to the carrier. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Knowledge: Goods dispatch, Logistics operations, Organization, Goods receipt Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, logistics, logistica
