Opportunity: Join UMO S.A. as a Product Development Assistant and actively participate in the creation, validation, and industrialization of new products. We are seeking a candidate with interest in production processes, prototype manufacturing, technical documentation, and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments. What will you do? Support prototype, sample, and pre-series manufacturing and validation. Establish methods and cycle times for production processes. Develop and update roadmaps, work instructions, and technical documentation. Describe production processes, materials, and inputs required for manufacturing. Support implementation and monitoring of new products on the shop floor. Conduct functional testing and product adjustments during the development phase. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, cycle times, and resources. Monitor product performance during prototype, pre-series, and launch phases. Requirements Technical or technological degree in Production, Industrial Design, Processes, Manufacturing, or related fields. Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in office software tools. Ability to interpret and document processes. Analytical skills for data, time, and process improvement analysis. Desirable knowledge of design software and APQP/Core Tools methodologies. Benefits: Participation in product development and industrialization projects.
