Key responsibilities include: * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. * Prepare and track purchase orders. * Process invoices for accrual, ensuring accurate validation of information. * Review invoice details, purchase orders, and supporting documents. * Process and organize payment folders according to internal procedures. * Maintain an updated, controlled, and organized warehouse inventory. * Validate commercial terms (prices, delivery times, warranties). * Monitor deliveries and supplier performance. * Keep the supplier database up to date.
