Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized architect to coordinate and supervise construction projects, managing technical and administrative processes. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and progress monitoring of construction works Job Posting – Architect with Focus on Construction Works **Position:** Architect with Focus on Construction Works **Work Modality:** Hybrid **Salary:** $2\.772\.722 \+ connectivity allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract, with a two (2\) month probationary period. Required Profile We seek a proactive, organized, and results-oriented architect with experience or interest in coordinating and monitoring construction projects, capable of efficiently managing technical and administrative processes. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor the progress of construction works. * Prepare, review, and update budgets. * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site personnel. * Schedule activities and control execution timelines. * Conduct technical site visits and prepare progress reports. * Review architectural drawings and construction details. * Manage procurement and material requirements. * Monitor the quality of executed work. * Support the preparation of minutes, work stoppages, and settlements. * Coordinate resolution of technical issues arising during project execution. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients, suppliers, and the project team. * Support documentation and administrative management of projects. Requirements * Degree in Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and Office tools. * Knowledge of budgeting, construction control, and drawing interpretation is desirable. * Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability to conduct site visits as required.
