Responsibilities: Ensure the human resource planning and scheduling process across various timeframes Use current WFM tools to size resources Analyze variables impacting agreed service levels Requirements: Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Statistical Engineering or related fields, or students from semester 8 onwards Minimum two (2) years of experience in roles such as Workforce Analyst, involving data modeling for forecasting and resource planning.
