




Job Summary: This position involves preparing food and beverages, maintaining hygiene, managing inventory, and providing customer service, ensuring compliance with service guidelines and menu specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepares and serves food and beverages following strict protocols. 2. Maintains cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining area. 3. Manages storage of food and raw materials. Prepare food and beverages according to service guidelines and menu design specifications, maintaining sanitary conditions, standards, and policies. * Prepare food items as directed by the head chef. * Receive, wash, and refrigerate food items when required. * Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining area in perfect condition. * Serve food punctually during scheduled hours. * Attend to internal and external users according to established protocols and standards. * Store raw materials, products, and supplies in refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas following food preservation techniques, food handling regulations, and kitchen standards. * Use assigned equipment and tools appropriately. * Store food according to expiration dates and order of arrival at the restaurant. * Keep the kitchen, dining area, and storage area clean. * Perform other duties assigned in accordance with the role and the employee’s profile. **Schedule:** 6 a.m.\-2 p.m., Monday to Friday; Saturdays 7 a.m.\-11 a.m. **Experience:** Minimum one year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in roles related to the responsibilities of this position.
