IT Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer · We are seeking a service-oriented IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and strong ability to efficiently resolve problems. The role is responsible for delivering technical support to end users, ensuring the operational continuity of technology services, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a high-quality technology experience. Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, email, networks, and collaboration tools. Administer and support Microsoft 365 platforms. Manage data backups and assist in recovery activities when required. Collaborate in the administration of cloud environments and associated services. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of corporate technology solutions. Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures. Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate closely with internal teams and technology vendors. Technical Requirements · Cloud Computing knowledge. Experience or knowledge of Microsoft LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution). Knowledge of backup creation and management. Basic LAN networking knowledge. Administration and support of Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Skype.
