We are seeking a **Solution Architect** who can translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and well\-structured technical solutions. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, leading solution design from discovery through implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with a consultative mindset, ensuring solutions align with business goals, integration constraints, and long\-term scalability. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead solution discovery sessions to understand business objectives, functional requirements, and technical constraints. * Design end\-to\-end solution architectures, including system integrations, data flows, and deployment models. * Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and architectural documentation. * Define integration strategies with internal and external systems using APIs, data pipelines, and cloud services. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful implementation. * Provide technical guidance during implementation, resolving design challenges and trade\-offs. * Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. * Support stakeholders with technical explanations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture reviews. * Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies. * Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design standards, patterns, and best practices. **RequirementsExperience \& Background** * **7\+ years of experience** in solution architecture, technical consulting, or senior engineering roles. * Proven experience designing enterprise\-grade, cloud\-based solutions. * Strong background working directly with business stakeholders and cross\-functional teams. * Experience supporting implementations from pre\-sales or discovery through delivery. **Technical Skills** * Strong understanding of **cloud architectures** (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience designing **API\-based integrations**, data exchanges, and system interoperability. * Solid knowledge of **distributed systems**, scalability, and performance considerations. * Familiarity with data models, data flows, and analytics or reporting integrations. * Ability to produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and architecture artifacts. **Soft Skills** * Strong communication skills with both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Consultative mindset with the ability to influence without authority. * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical thinking. * High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in dynamic environments. **Nice to Have** * Experience in enterprise SaaS environments. * Familiarity with pricing, revenue, finance, or analytics\-related systems. * Experience working in client\-facing or advisory roles. * Exposure to agile delivery environments.
