Preparation of documents and reconciliations Position: Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: \-Verify figures, accounting entries, and documents to confirm their correct recording, mathematical accuracy, and appropriate use of relevant codes. \-Record, store, and analyze information using accounting software. \-Classify, record, and summarize numerical data from accounting and financial processes to enter, compile, and maintain up-to-date accounting records and systems, using journals or ledgers, manual and/or electronic systems in accordance with current organizational or institutional policies. \-Calculate, prepare, and issue expense reports, invoices, account statements, and other financial documents in accordance with established procedures. \-Organize, file, and compile accounting and finance documents and reports, such as statistical tables, audit reports, cash receipts, expenses, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss statements, among others. \-Prepare and select information related to tax settlement processes according to applicable procedures and current tax regulations. \-Perform reconciliations of various operations in accordance with the entity's internal processes. \-Carry out related duties.
