Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure contractual compliance of service orders, participate in projects, and manage billing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in project initiation and closure. 2. Key management role in reconciliation and negotiation of construction works. 3. Central role in reviewing contractual agreements and pricing. **Date:** Jun 10, 2026 **Location:** Tocancipa, Cundinamarca, CO, 251017 **Company:** **Responsibilities** * Responsible for reviewing service orders to ensure requested items comply with stipulated contractual terms. * Participates in project kickoff meetings. * Reconciliation and negotiation of project closeouts; review of discounts according to contractual agreements or discount policies. * Ensures partial quantities billed against orders match contracted amounts. * Generates pre-invoices for sales and/or rental control; reviews agreed-upon pricing. * Submits reconciled documentation for invoicing along with supporting evidence. * Completes the settlement organization chart. **Requirements** * Junior Engineer or related degree in Administration and/or Technical fields. * Minimum 1 year of project experience. * Knowledge of project management. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). * Client handling skills. * Office skills. * Proactivity and initiative. **Skills** * Organization * Good interpersonal relationships * Analytical ability * Commitment * Sense of belonging
