Job Summary: Leads a project and process team for the seller, defining initiatives leveraging data and technology to optimize seller experience and digital transformation. Key Highlights: 1. Manage end-to-end projects and collaborate with key stakeholders. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead the team responsible for seller projects and processes, defining data- and technology-driven initiatives that impact seller experience. * Define the strategy for the processes and projects team, aligned with business objectives and seller experience optimization. * Prioritize high-impact initiatives by evaluating return on investment, feasibility, and contribution to cross-functional efficiency. * Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery of agreed-upon outputs. * Promote data-driven decision-making by establishing strategic KPIs and ensuring information governance. * Engage key stakeholders to foster alignment and remove barriers enabling organizational change. * Encourage adoption of technological solutions and digital transformation, identifying opportunities for automation and process modernization. * Present strategic initiatives and results to senior management using data-based storytelling. * Communicate progress, alerts, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and promptly. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in similar roles (project leadership, process leadership, or continuous improvement). * Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Track record managing strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders. * Experience in e-commerce, digital retail, marketplaces, or digital transformation (preferred). * Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. * Certification in agile methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe. * Knowledge and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, basic SQL). * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello). * Proficiency in process mapping tools (Figma, Miro, among others). **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
