We seek a Technologist or Professional for our team who demonstrates concern for order, adaptability to change, adherence to instructions, work quality, responsibility, teamwork, motivation, initiative, communication, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** Job stability, salary commensurate with experience and education, immediate direct employment by the company under a fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable annually after one year, and all statutory benefits. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Employment Type:** Permanent Position **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Number of Vacancies:** 1 **REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum Experience:** 1 year or more **Minimum Education:** Technologist **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office, INEDITTO **Key Duties:** Review production orders to determine specifications such as production time, color sequence, required quantities, and production deadlines; record job start, pause, or completion in the information system; prepare and program computerized printing presses using codes and keys entered via a console; adjust machine feeding and dampening systems by setting printing parameters; assist in mounting plates or cylinders and perform necessary adjustments; load paper, prepare, operate, and monitor printing machines during print runs and make required adjustments; control the printing process and maintain product quality; report quantities of conforming products; perform preventive maintenance on printing machines.
