Your Mission Design, implement, and lead intelligent automation strategies that transform the organization’s administrative and operational processes using Generative Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data analytics. What You Will Build Automated workflows leveraging LLMs, APIs, and platforms such as Make, Zapier, or similar tools. AI solutions to optimize Finance, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal, and Operations processes. Reusable prompt libraries tailored to different business areas. Systems based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Chaining, and advanced Generative AI techniques. Organization-wide guidelines and best practices for responsible AI. Impact, efficiency, and return-on-investment (ROI) metrics for each implemented initiative. Training and AI adoption programs for internal users. New innovation opportunities enabled by emerging technologies. Candidate Profile We Seek Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, analytics, or implementation of technological solutions. Practical experience working with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, or similar. Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript. Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or equivalents. Ability to design process-oriented, efficiency-focused solutions that generate business value. Experience measuring results, efficiency metrics, and ROI analysis. What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise.
