Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented Systems Assistant to provide technical support, perform maintenance, and manage technological incidents, with availability for travel. Required Profile We seek a Technician or Technologist in Systems, Technical Support, Networks, Computer Equipment Maintenance, or related fields, with a service orientation, analytical ability, and problem-solving focus. Requirements Technical or technological education in systems- or technology-related fields. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Experience providing technical support to users. Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity, and office productivity tools. Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware. Ability to promptly diagnose and resolve technological incidents. Availability to travel between locations. Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Competencies Service orientation.
