Compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards Job Mission: Safely, efficiently, and accurately operate forklift equipment for receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of fresh berries, ensuring product integrity, maintenance of the cold chain, and compliance with the company's established food safety, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload fresh berries in warehouses and cold rooms, ensuring correct placement using the FIFO method and preventing product damage. Support receiving and inventory activities, maintain area order, perform basic equipment inspections, and comply with the company's established safety, quality, and food safety standards. Requirements: Valid forklift operator certification. Driver's license class B1 or B2. Academic background: High school diploma, technical, or technological degree. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, according to production process. Afternoon–night shift starting at 2:00 p.m., including night shifts, availability for overtime, and compliance with 44 weekly working hours distributed per schedule. Salary: $2,200,000; legal transportation allowance; social benefits.
