




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Management Coordinator to lead the team, responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, payroll, and support in OSH&H (Occupational Safety, Health, and Hygiene) and Employee Well-being. At our company, we seek a highly motivated Human Resources Management Coordinator capable of leading our team, responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, and payroll, as well as supporting OSH&H and Employee Well-being processes. · Position: Human Resources Coordinator Salary: 2,000,000 to 2,300,000 Contract: Indefinite-term Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., every fifteen days. · Main Responsibilities: - Design and implement human resources management strategies and policies that support the company’s objectives and goals. - Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. - Plan and execute professional development programs for our employees, fostering their growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning. - Ensure optimal working conditions that comply with applicable legal and ethical regulations. - Monitor occupational safety and health policies, safeguarding the well-being and safety of our employees. - Administer and apply psychometric tests. - Schedule well-being activities. - Must be proficient in office tools, especially intermediate-level Excel. - Payroll processing, medical leave administration. - Social Security settlement. - OSH&H follow-up · COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION: - Degree in Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. - Knowledge of the Substantive Labor Code and current labor legislation. - Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Results-oriented mindset and strong strategic decision-making ability. - Capacity to expand knowledge in the Human Resources field and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
