Position: Internal Maintenance Assistant Salary: $1,705,095 + Non-statutory bonus of $200,000 + Statutory benefits Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM); required to stay overnight at the company’s facilities (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) Work Location: Autopista Norte Events Center (with availability to reside on-site) We need someone capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks—from minor repairs to more complex projects. Your ability to work with manual and electric tools will be essential to ensure all areas of the company operate optimally. Key Responsibilities: You must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on water and drainage systems. Additionally, your painting experience will help maintain a visually appealing and safe environment. Do not forget that gardening is also part of your responsibilities, as you will contribute to maintaining green spaces.
