Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support production operations, ensure quality and order in the work area, and manage raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting for a Production Assistant Responsibilities: Receive and store raw materials and products. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Prepare and supply production lines. Execute operational procedures within the production process. Support general production activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Academic Qualifications: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in production processes, warehouse operations, or similar operational areas. Preferably experience in the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or manufacturing plants. Conditions: Salary: COP $1,751,000 + transportation allowance + overtime pay + statutory benefits. Work schedule: Rotating shifts (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Days off: 2 Sundays per month. Work location: Tocancipá.
